Good questions

Will my phone work with an eSIM?

Almost every phone from the last five years does — iPhone XS or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer. Not sure? Dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, your phone supports eSIM. Your phone also needs to be unlocked from your network. We check compatibility at checkout before you pay.

How do I know if my phone is unlocked?

If you bought it outright or finished your contract, it's almost certainly unlocked. If it came from a network provider recently, check their app or support pages for "unlocking" — most networks unlock free on request, though it can take a few days, so do it before you fly.

Do I keep my own number for WhatsApp and texts?

Yes. The eSIM sits alongside your normal SIM. WhatsApp, iMessage and your number all stay exactly as they are — you're just using our data instead of paying roaming.

Does it cover Disney World and Universal?

Yes — our plans run on major US networks with strong coverage across Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Epic Universe and International Drive, plus the rest of Florida from Miami to the Keys.

When should I install it?

Any time before you fly — up to 6 months ahead. The clock only starts when the eSIM first connects to a US network. Install at home on wifi, leave it switched off, and turn it on when you land.

How much data do I need for two weeks?

For park apps, maps, WhatsApp and a normal amount of photos and social media, most people use around 700MB–1GB a day. 15GB comfortably covers a two-week trip; heavy streamers should go for 20GB or the daily plan with a fresh 2GB every day.

Is this a subscription?

No — one payment, and your plan simply expires when it's done. Nothing renews, there's no account, and there's nothing to cancel when you get home. Unlike a US carrier plan, it can never quietly bill you next month.

Can I share data with the kids' tablets?

Yes — hotspot sharing is included on every plan. One phone with a 15GB or 20GB plan can keep a tablet going in a queue. For heavy sharing, the daily unlimited-style plan is the safest bet.

What if something goes wrong?

Friendly support by email, seven days a week — use our contact form and we'll get straight back to you. If your eSIM won't install on a compatible phone, we fix it or refund it — see our refund policy.
